Service Description
GBPGuy specializes in review management services to assist businesses in acquiring more reviews on their Google Business Profile. Our services are tailored to the specific needs of each client, and the number of reviews delivered is limited to the amount specified in the invoice.
Personal Information Usage
At GBPGuy, we prioritize your privacy and the security of your personal information. The personal details you provide, including your name, phone number, and email address, are used solely for the purpose of facilitating our review management services, conducting transactions, and communicating with you about the status of your services, warranty claims, and support inquiries.
We assure you that your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required to deliver our services or fulfill legal obligations. We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction and employ suitable measures to maintain its security. By engaging with our services, you agree to the usage of your personal information as outlined herein.
Warranty Terms
We stand behind our services with a one-month default warranty for each review management order. This warranty period may be altered upon mutual written agreement by both parties. Our warranty covers issues including, but not limited to, reviews that are removed fail to post or encounter problems with visibility on the Google Business Profile.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty claims are valid only after verification that an attempt to reinstate the review(s) was unsuccessful. We require that the client has made a reinstatement request to Google and can provide timestamped evidence of the request and Google’s response. Warranty services will not be provided in cases where these conditions are not met.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us. Include detailed information about the missing reviews and screenshots evidencing the date and time of your reinstatement request to Google, alongside Google’s response. GBPGuy commits to providing screenshots and links to facilitate the reinstatement process.
Remedy
For valid warranty claims, we offer remedies including full replacement of the service, service credits, or partial refunds, at the discretion of the receiver.
Exclusions
Warranty or warranty claims will be denied under the following conditions:
- Failure to respond to each review within five (5) business days.
- Inadequate proof of a good-faith reinstatement attempt.
- Outstanding payment balances.
Dispute Resolution
We value our relationship with our clients and encourage resolving disputes amicably. Should issues arise, we prefer to settle matters through mutual agreement rather than legal action. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will endeavor to resolve disputes in a manner that is fair and reasonable to all parties involved.
